Caltec is proud to be part of Petrofac Production Solutions, following acquisition by Petrofac in August 2008.

Caltec was originally formed as a management buy-out from previous employers in 2003, and grew rapidly following investment from Norwegian firm Energy Ventures in 2004. Whilst the company is relatively young, the core technical team has been working together on Caltec technology for over 12 years, with long experience in the oil and gas industry.
