Degassing Liquids

The compact separator can remove dissolved gas in liquid phases, without the need for vacuum separators and pumping systems.

Caltec’s proprietary compact cyclonic separators I-SEP® and Wx® operate on the principle of rotating the process fluid using patented features and generating high gravitational forces. In doing so it results in a low pressure region at the centre of the rotating fluid causing dissolved gas to break out of the solution, which is then separated from the liquid and collected at the gas outlet.
