Gas Well Deliquification

Caltec Surface Jet Pumps (SJPs) have been used successfully in many applications for well deliquification purposes. There are a variety of ways to deliquefy liquid loaded wells. A number of solutions involve injecting gas at bottomhole, use of foaming agents (soap sticks), installing downhole boosting systems such as ESPs, etc. However, the most cost effective and simplest way to deliquefy wells is using an SJP system, by reducing the flowing wellhead pressure (FWHP), thereby assisting the selected well to produce naturally whilst still discharging at the pressure required by the downstream manifold.
