Multiphase Production

Caltec Surface Jet Pumps (SJPs) have also been used in many applications for multiphase production boosting in preference to multiphase booster pumps and eliminating rotating parts and power requirements. In order to keep transfer of HP energy as efficient as possible, the HP fluid should be as close to single-phase as possible. Separation using Caltec’s proprietary I-SEP®, compact cyclonic separator, is required on the HP side for a multiphase high pressure motive stream.
