Solids Separation

Produced solids, such as sand, cause many problems for the oil and gas industry. Compact separators can remove produced solids before they start causing problems for the downstream process and production systems, such as corrosion and plugging.

As well as fluid separation, Caltec’s propriety compact separator I-SEP® has shown success in separating solids such as sand from water and gas. This of particular concern when process systems downstream are sensitive to particulates.
